Note: The Tacoma Access Cab roof rack solution does require drilling and installing RivNuts into your factory drip rail. The lack of a factory option for a roof rack means that you don’t have mount points for attaching your new upTOP rack until you make them. We include all the required hardware for performing this modification and our technical support staff is available for questions and to assist you during your installation.

Returns/Cancellation: All racks are built on order, as such we are unable to refund or accept returns. We do offer a 48 hour grace period, during this time you must email us directly to cancel an order or make any desired changes. ANY ORDERS CANCELLED AFTER THE 48 HOUR GRACE PERIOD ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% CANCELLATION FEE.

Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a processing time according to the item.
Prior to shipment the items, our staff will carry out a thorough inspection on the products you ordered. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. Expected delivery time is between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
We are not able to manage the stock in our warehouse or factory. This means that the actual stock could alter at any time. It is possible that you will not receive your order after it's been placed.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
For your item to be returned the item must not be opened and in the condition you received it in. It should also be in its original packaging.
