Note: The ‘Fresh Air’ option allows you to use the vent feature on Tacomas equipped with the sunroof. You can open the sunroof without the Fresh Air option, but cannot use the vent. Please make sure to add the Fresh Air Kit to your kit if you would like this feature.

Returns/Cancellation: All racks are built on order, as such we are unable to refund or accept returns. We do offer a 48 hour grace period, during this time you must email us directly to cancel an order or make any desired changes. ANY ORDERS CANCELLED AFTER THE 48 HOUR GRACE PERIOD ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% CANCELLATION FEE.

Returns
We are not able to manage the stock in our warehouse or factory. This means that the actual stock could alter at any time. It is possible that you will not receive your order after it's been placed.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
For your item to be returned the item must not be opened and in the condition you received it in. It should also be in its original packaging.
